I like the people that work with me, I like the client that I work for, I do enjoy the job very much as long as I don't have to look at the higher-ups for more then 1 minute per day, pay is not good, needs to be higher for the amount of stress we get as operators, especially when working the bank markets, then again it aint bad compared to other options currently available. If I get a raise, I stay, if I dont, first opportunity that comes along, Im off! No formal attire so thats cool.

Lack of sense and reasoning, problem solving that barely scratches the surface of the issue in question, higher-ups need to undertake more in-depth analysis when facing issues. Managers are the utter gutter and lack tolerance and compassion. We are human beings and need to be treated as such, no matter what the job may be.

Management needs to work on key goals on infrastructure within projects, not just point out what looks and does not look good, after 1 year in the company, no improvements have been made, senior managers focus on unimportant matters which are not their area of expertise, mostly because they are unable to communicate their requirements properly, for some reason, lots of false ideals and promises. Things need to change, new leadership is required, positions need to be covered by people that understand basic human decency and the will of individuals to prosper within the company. Italian Stallion makes false promises and instead of providing motivational factors within the company itself, appears to prefer to hand out ice cream (holy f*** ?!?!?!) as company benefit/reward. Overall, employees and lower management / administration / foremen are good gals and lads, but their voices cannot be heard.
